“First time I came in, I spoke with the owner, I didn't liked the first contact, I went top ask questions and see how I should prepare my artwork, I'm a professional graphic artist and he was very sketch and dry in his approach… I came back five hours later, at the end of the day, one of his employee, a young man, answered all my questions and printed what I wanted right on spot without any hesitations and (bonus) a smile.
