I purchased custom tshirts for a family trip and these guys and gals were wonderful with their customer service. The design was made quickly and efficiently and they made the shirts same day as well.On pick up, they accidentally gave me a wrong size with one of the shirts which I didn’t realize until getting home. Needed to put a name and number on two hockey jerseys for a league my buddy and I play at. The lad at the desk helped sorted it out and was thorough in setting up the ideal size and aspect ratio of the fonts to look proportional. When applying the material, he took the extra time to ensure it was going to be straight, adjusting it a few times before applying the heat press. Price wasn’t bad either for what it was.
Recommend 100%! Cesar at T-Shirt Time was great to work with! We were personalizing some hoodies and he made samples on the spot so we could choose the right fonts, sizes and placement together. He was friendly, worked quickly, made adjustments as needed, and the price was affordable.

She gave me lots of great suggestions and was very patient and sweet too :) I had a T-shirt and a sweater customized and I am super happy with both of them

Very happy with the custom sweatshirt I ordered. The design is exactly as I planned, the turn around was really fast even for a busy time of year, and the customer service was clear, friendly and responsive. The original sweatshirt I chose was not in stock but quick communication from the shop manager allowed me to choose another option of similar quality and get my order without any delays.

Garments are sized by suppliers. Size charts are available on the product page. Please note that individual garments may vary from the size charts. We are not able to process refunds for garments that do not fit based on expectations.
Artwork size and positioning cannot be guaranteed. We attempt to use artwork sized as supplied, however, we may reconfigure artwork to fit within our production parameters.
If an artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, characters, etc., we reserve the right to remove those elements and print the remaining graphic without them. Should we determine that there is a possible issue or infringement, then we will contact you about the artwork in question.
