We had such a great experience today in the Newmarket location. Went in to get a custom tshirt made and the gentleman at the register was so good. He was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient and we had our shirt made in no time. We ended up picking up another one too because we saw a spider man one our nephew would love. So happy to stop by this location today and thank you so much to the employee who helped us! Such a great quick experience – worth the drive in from Toronto
Absolutely amazing staff & extremely helpful ! I came in so close to closing time & yet they made my custom hat for my hubby & a custom hoodie in no time !! They also did a fabulous job !! We needed two custom t-shirts printed and the gentleman who helped us took the time to enhance the digital designs we provided until he was satisfied that the quality of the finished product would be excellent – and it was. Would highly recommend!

Extremely kind and accommodating. I had a wonderful discussion about our lives and family while Cesar helped edit my photos to perfection and did the printing on the spot.He is very skilled and very quick; I can't even express how impressed I am with this level of service. I'm very glad I came to this T-shirt Time rather than the one closer to my home.Quality of the product is also very high without being expensive.

At a time when retail service is deteriorating, the staff at T-Shirt Time (Anjou) are a "rare jewel" collection of exceptional service and customer care I have never seen before. In addition, I have never seen young people that took more PRIDE in the product they sell, never permitting a client to feel anything but 100% happy with their purchase. These are employees that treat this business with care and pride as if it's their own investment!

I purchased custom tshirts for a family trip and these guys and gals were wonderful with their customer service. The design was made quickly and efficiently and they made the shirts same day as well.On pick up, they accidentally gave me a wrong size with one of the shirts which I didn’t realize until getting home. Gave them a call and they rectified the issue right away.I’ll be back with any future projects.Support this local business and come to this shop !
I had the pleasure of going to t-shirt time to customize a mug for the anniversary of my wife and I. The service was quick (5-10 minutes), attentive, focused, and we were able to sort out any issues of compatibility on the spot (mainly to do with conversion of PDF to their format). The result is just as I had hoped!Buyers, note that their online customization tool does not use the same format for printing as their in-store printer. Be ready with preferably a .png or .pdf (text in pdf format may not always convert correctly).
We determine the pricing based on the cost of the specific product, the printing method, and the number of shirts required for your order. Everything is calculated automatically through the site.
Yes, each piece of apparel has a size chart. You can find the chart on the respective product page.
Garments are sized by suppliers. Size charts are available on the product page. Please note that individual garments may vary from the size charts. We are not able to process refunds for garments that do not fit based on expectations.
Artwork size and positioning cannot be guaranteed. We attempt to use artwork sized as supplied, however, we may reconfigure artwork to fit within our production parameters.
If an artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, characters, etc., we reserve the right to remove those elements and print the remaining graphic without them. Should we determine that there is a possible issue or infringement, then we will contact you about the artwork in question.
Yes, on almost all items. Our customization tool will show what products can have printed sleeves, and which not.
