The service was quick (5-10 minutes), attentive, focused, and we were able to sort out any issues of compatibility on the spot (mainly to do with conversion of PDF to their format). The result is just as I had hoped!
Buyers, note that their online customization tool does not use the same format for printing as their in-store printer. Be ready with preferably a .png or .pdf (text in pdf format may not always convert correctly).”
